Kitten Chair Yoga

NEW EVENT! Join us for Kitten Chair Yoga at the Humane Society of North Central Florida! 

Led by Caitlyn Adams, we invite you to come and relax during our 1-hour chair yoga session surrounded by adorable, adoptable kittens.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for seated poses or extra support and balance, making it a great option for older adults and those with limited mobility.
