My Story

Meet Lorelai! This seven-year-old hound definitely knows what she wants and when she wants it. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she’ll happily follow you from room to room like your own little shadow.

Before Lorelai can begin looking for her forever home, she still needs significant medical care, including cherry eye surgery, mass removal, and heartworm treatment, all of which can be hard on the body.

Thankfully, she is now safe in our care and handling everything like an absolute champ. She also spent time in a wonderful foster home that helped her build confidence and continue coming out of her shell.
