Wondering what's up with Spud's eyes? 

Spud was born without part of his upper eyelids, a congenital condition called upper eyelid agenesis. Because his eyelids don't fully protect his eyes, the hairs around his eyes can rub against the cornea, causing irritation and discomfort. To manage this condition, he requires lubricating eye drops twice daily for life. But his sweet personality makes it all worth it! He's 3 years old, very low energy, and he's ready to find his forever home.
