My Story

Lizzy came to us at just 9 months old, missing most of her fur due to severe alopecia and demodectic mange, with scabs covering her body. This condition is caused by mites that overgrow when dogs are left outside for long periods and their immune systems are weakened.

Lizzy has spent months receiving one-on-one care, frequent medicated baths, and lots of love. She has made friends with every dog she meets and continues to show just how resilient she is.

Now three months in our care, her fur is growing back beautifully and she's always showing off her adorable smile! While she waits for her forever home, our medical team continues to monitor her skin to ensure everything stays on track. You donation toward Lizzy will go toward go toward supporting her daily care.
